vine weevil

the horrible vine weevil is rampant in the uk the best way to kill it -as kill you must , is to nip the fat white grubs, not nice but effective. the adult beetle is a grey colour, have tried all the expensive nemitodes and other fancy stuff, not much good.
i have started killing already, look in the rootball of anything not growing well.
