Banana skins

Banana skins are excellent plant food, just bury them in your flower beds or tubs and you will get extra flowers on your plants for free. flower

Banana skins are very good, high in nitrates brilliant for roses, I have used them for years, a lot of vegetarian organic growers do. Beats all your animal fertilisers like blood and bone.

never heard of banana shins either fro growth.... does that mean we will grow bananas amongst the flowers then too ! abd edible at the same time (extremely good for you) Laughing bigrindaisy
